This workshop on “Clinical proteomics: Methods and Applications” will bring together clinicial scientists as well as basic science experts working on various areas of proteomics. They would be sharing their experience on various proteomics approaches to address the research question in hand. This workshop aims at providing a comprehensive overview of the current proteomics techniques and its applications in different research areas.

Specific Theme of this Workshop
This workshop will comprise of two parts:

• Lectures on basic principles, concepts and design of proteomics experiments
• Hands-on training on data analysis and data interpretation

Participants

Research scholars and teachers, who are currently working in proteomics as well as those who are interested in employing proteomics techniques in their research in future, are eligible to apply.
Participants from industry are also encouraged to apply.
Note: The number of participants will be restricted to 15.
