About Us Aravind Eye Care System designs and offers training to different cadres of eye care personnel from around the world, in the development and implementation of efficient and sustainable eye care programmes. These include long term and short term clinical fellowship programmes as well as short term clinical courses. Aravind also shares its best practices in eye care through several structured management courses offered in collaboration with LAICO. Custmosed training programmes are also offered upon request.Aravind's training programmes intended not only for ophthalmologists but also for ophthalmic technicians, opticians, clinical assistants, outreach coordinators and health care managers.
