Online Payment - Terms and Conditions

Introduction:

Aravind Eye Care System is a collaborating centre for the World Health Organization with a mandate to design and offer training programmes to eye care personnel at different professional levels, from around the world, in the development and implementation of efficient and sustainable eye care programmes. Aravind’s training programmes cater to all levels of ophthalmic personnel – these are intended not only for ophthalmologists but also for ophthalmic technicians, opticians, clinical assistants, outreach coordinators and health care managers. Aravind offers several structured training programmes.

Aravind Eye Care System provides facility on paying the online conference registration fee, application fee, tuition fee and various service fee to trainees to pay through internet.

Terms of usage or terms & conditions:

For Online-Payments, the Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to any person (“User”) using the services of Aravind Eye Care System for making fees payments through an online payment gateway service (“Service”) offered on website www.aravind.org . Each User is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

  • Candidates registering for CME programmes at Aravind can make the online payment on submission of registration form
  • Trainees enrolling for structured courses at Aravind can make the payment upon receipt of invoice. Trainees has to use their login ID received from the institution for processing the online payment.

Procedure for payment of registration fee and tuition fee:

  • Payment(s) through this service may only be made with a credit card, debit card or net Banking
  • The applicable transaction fee of credit, debit, net banking and international cards will be added to your total fee at the time of payment
  • The credit card information supplied at the time of using the service is processed by the payment gateway of the service provider and is not supplied to Aravind Eye Hospital. It is the sole responsibility of the User of the service to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields are correct.
  • Trainees advised to print receipt after payment and keep in record to minimize inconvenience during further course of action
  • All fee payment require transaction + 2 days to be reflected in the bank
  • Approval for fee received will be given subject to realization

Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • The CME registration and application processing fee is not refundable
  • In case of duplicate payment, end user to approach the training coordinator / accounts department of Aravind Eye Hospital for refund with proof of the transaction reference/ your bank statement.
  • After your payment is done, if you do not plan to attend your training, please send your cancellation request in writing to the program coordinator.
  • 25% of cancellation fee is applicable if we receive your cancellation request minimum a moth before to the programme start date

Privacy Policy

The details provided by you shall be utilized only for the purpose of receiving the payments to be made by you to us. All data shall be kept secure, and shall not be divulged to anyone or utilized for any other purpose.
